A logbook service follows your vehicle manufacturer’s exact maintenance schedule. It includes all checks, parts, and fluids specified for your car’s make, model, and mileage, using approved oils and components to protect your new car warranty. The service is recorded, stamped, and signed in your logbook.

A basic (or general) service covers essential maintenance such as oil and filter changes, fluid top-ups, and safety inspections (brakes, tyres, battery). It helps keep your vehicle reliable between major services but isn’t tied to manufacturer warranty requirements.

Yes, we are an Approved Inspection Station providing roadworthy certificates (RWC) for $100. If you are planning to sell your car, transfer registration to a new owner, or re-register your old vehicle, you will need a RWC/safety certificate. We can't do RWC's for trailers or motorbikes.

We will always provide you a quote and get your approval before performing any repairs identified whilst your vehicle is with us.

Please complete our quote request form and we will respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. We can quote some services without seeing the car, such as logbook service and brakes. However, many issues require us to inspect or diagnose the vehicle first. This is to ensure accurate quoting by identifying the exact issue(s) and confirming the correct parts required for your specific model. Diagnosis is from $180 per hour.
