Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 April 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Titan Automotive website and any enquiries, quote requests, bookings or communications made through this website.

By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About this website

This website is owned and operated by Titan Automotive, an automotive servicing and repair workshop located in Oxenford, Queensland.

The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. While we aim to keep our website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or free from errors.

2. Website enquiries, quote requests and bookings

You may use our website to contact us, request a quote or submit a booking enquiry.

Submitting a form through our website does not guarantee that your booking has been accepted. A booking is only confirmed once we contact you and confirm the date, time and service details.

Quote requests submitted online are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary after we inspect the vehicle, confirm the required work, diagnose the issue or identify additional parts, labour or repairs needed.

3. Quotes and estimates

Any quote, estimate or price indication provided by Titan Automotive is based on the information available at the time.

A quote or estimate may change if:

the information provided to us is incorrect or incomplete

the vehicle requires further diagnosis

additional faults or repairs are identified

parts availability or pricing changes

extra labour is required

the vehicle has been modified or previously repaired in a way that affects the work

We will aim to notify you and obtain approval before carrying out additional work that materially changes the quoted price.

4. Vehicle diagnosis

Some vehicle issues require diagnostic testing before we can identify the cause of a fault or provide an accurate repair recommendation.

Diagnostic work involves time, experience and specialist equipment. Diagnostic fees may apply even if you choose not to proceed with the recommended repairs.

A diagnosis is based on the symptoms, test results and vehicle condition at the time of inspection. Intermittent faults, hidden damage or multiple related issues may require further investigation.

5. Customer approval

We will not proceed with significant additional work without your approval, unless the work is minor, necessary for safety, or required to complete an authorised repair.

Approval may be provided verbally, in writing, by email, by text message or through another agreed communication method.

By approving work, you agree to pay the quoted or estimated charges, including labour, parts, materials, consumables, diagnostic fees and applicable taxes.

6. Payment

Payment is required when work is completed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Vehicles may not be released until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

We may accept payment by methods advised by us from time to time, which may include card, bank transfer or other approved payment methods.

Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods where permitted by law.

7. Parts and materials

Where parts are required, we will source suitable parts for the vehicle and repair. Depending on availability, this may include genuine, original equipment, aftermarket, reconditioned or suitable replacement parts.

Parts availability and delivery times may affect booking times, repair timeframes and completion dates.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to some parts. Any parts warranty is subject to the relevant manufacturer or supplier’s warranty terms.

8. Customer-supplied parts

If we agree to fit parts supplied by you, those parts are supplied at your own risk.

We may refuse to fit customer-supplied parts if we believe they are unsuitable, unsafe, incorrect, poor quality or not appropriate for the vehicle.

Where customer-supplied parts are used, we do not provide any warranty on the part itself. Any issue relating to the quality, suitability, failure or warranty of a customer-supplied part must be handled by you with the supplier of that part.

Labour charges may still apply if a customer-supplied part is incorrect, faulty or fails after installation.

9. Completion times

We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the timeframe discussed with you.

However, completion times are estimates only and may be affected by:

parts availability

supplier delays

additional faults found

diagnostic complexity

workload

authorisation delays

factors outside our reasonable control

We are not liable for loss, inconvenience or costs arising from delays, except where required by law.

10. Vehicle collection

You must collect your vehicle promptly once we notify you that the work is complete.

If a vehicle is not collected within a reasonable time, storage fees may apply after we provide notice to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is insured while it is at our premises.

11. Items left in vehicles

Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before leaving it with us.

While we take reasonable care, Titan Automotive is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles, except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Roadworthy certificates and inspections

Where we provide safety certificates, certificates of inspection or similar vehicle inspections, the outcome depends on the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection and the applicable legal requirements.

We cannot guarantee that a vehicle will pass an inspection.

If repairs are required for the vehicle to meet inspection requirements, those repairs will be quoted separately unless otherwise stated.

13. Website content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Titan Automotive unless otherwise stated.

15. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials displayed on our website or marketing materials reflect the experiences of individual customers.

Results and experiences may vary depending on the vehicle, service, repair, condition and circumstances.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Automotive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, services must meet consumer guarantees, and customers may be entitled to remedies such as a repair, replacement, refund or cancellation if those guarantees are not met.
